Visit the domain of a family-owned champagne house where you will learn the entire process of Champagne making — from grapes to bottles. Taste the various cuvées from this house. (Note: This experience is not private).

Visit a high-end independent producer that makes high-quality extra brut champagnes from their prestigious vineyards. After a tour of the cellars, enjoy a three-course lunch paired with 3 champagnes from the domaine.

Private Visit and Tasting at a Barrel Maker
Meet the Champagne region’s last cooper (barrel maker)to learn how barrels are made. In addition, try different champagnes to understand the different taste profile between aging in oak versus stainless steel.

Private Workshop at Champagne Glassmaker
In addition to learning the history of champagne glasses, experience a comparative tasting using different styles of glass.

Private Cruise on the Marne River
Enjoy a bottle of champagne as you cruise down the Marne River in your own small boat. With vineyards on both sides of the river, you can’t get much better with the view!

Champagne and Food: Gastronomic Picnic in the Vineyards 
Take a day trip to the amazing region of Champagne! Travel with a certified champagne guide where you will learn the history of champagne, the recent harvest challenges as well as the rules and regulations grower face. Experience a private cellar tour and champagne tasting at a small female-owned organic winery.  Enjoy a very special lunch: a three-course gastronomic picnic paired with three different champagnes at another female-owned winery! Learn about different grape varieties and other factors that affect the aromas and flavors of champagnes, as well as why certain champagne styles pair better with certain foods. (Please note, there will be extensive walking, in some cases through vineyards.)
